Who knows which plugin can output the data from rrd file

Hi!
Who knows there is any plugins to output the data from the rrd file I want ??
I mean that if inputing the time range, this plugin will generate the log or file which has the following fields:
Date ,Time, DS value

Remind you that the output data for the date part is not unixtime !!!
