Specify re-index method within host templates

Right now, any data queries associated with a host template will default to a re-index method of 'Uptime Goes Backwards'. There are occasions when it is desirable to specify an alternate re-index method, such as 'Index Count Changed'. An example of this is the win32_runningprocs templates.

Though fairly trivial to modify after the fact, would it be possible to allow the user to specify the re-index method within the template, instead of having to remove and re-apply the data query once the template has been applied (or hit the database directly)?
