Add new MIB

I have an aplliance with spesific MIB in a *.mib file,
how can i configure cacti to have those?

Cacti does not rely on MIBs. It uses pure ASN.1 OID notation (those with all the numbers in). You may check the second to last link of my signature to get some things sorted out on how to use cacti
