Help on Quintum Configuration

Post by gherman21 »

Hello everybody,

I am having bad days trying to get graphics from a Quintum A800. I have created a graph template with OID = .1.3.6.1.4.1.6618.3.4.1.10.999 that supposedly shows the Active Inbound Calls, until now I have not seen anything, and in the command line always shows 0 although with OID = .1.3.6.1.4.1.6618.3.4.1.4.999 (Total Inbound Calls) always shows an increasing number.

[root@asterisk1 ~]# snmpwalk -v 1 -c community 10.1.1.15 .1.3.6.1.4.1.6618.3.4.1.10.999
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.6618.3.4.1.10.999 = Gauge32: 0

If someone have more information about OIDs that really works for that model of Quintums please put it here.

Greetings,
German G.
