error 401 when opening http:\\localhost\cacti

I'm stuck when i click to open http:\\localhost\cacti. It gave error 401. When i checked iis log it says error 401 1 0. Any clue?

I noticed anonymous access acct is disabled. So i enabled the anonymous account and the error becomes 404. Not sure what is the cause. How to get cacti website to load up.

Well first, you should be trying http://localhost/cacti

As for the 404, verify set index.php or graph_view.php to be the default documents for the /cacti/ folder in IIS.
