Generic OID Template and no value on graph

Post by loly »

When I issue below command from command line

# snmpwalk -c public -v 1 10.8.1.70 1.3.6.1.4.1.2686.201.6.2.3.32.0

I got correct value

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2686.201.6.2.3.32.0 = INTEGER: 24000

But when I try to use SNMP - Generic OID Template to make graph, graph is showing, but always no value appears on the graph (nan) !!

- From View Poller Cache

Data Source: xyz - throughput
RRD: /var/www/html/cacti/rra/xyz_snmp_oid_24.rrd
Action: 0, OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2686.201.6.2.3.32.0 (Host: 10.8.1.40, Community: public)

And no errors in logs !

Any helps ?

Enable debugging logging for one cycle. Look at the data that cacti returns for that OID.
