SNMP error in windows2003 server

I had ever seted up the cacti seccessful in windowxp. But when I did it by the same steps on windows 2003 server ,it prented the information" snmp error".And I found that the net-snmp service and SNMP service cann't word at the same time .Once one of them was start,the other would presented error window says:error 1067, the service stop in accident.

Please tell me how to correct it? Thanks!!

1) read the installation guide in my signature
2) you cannot have two snmp agents running at the same time. I suggest you use the microsoft one.
3) make sure a community and allowed IPs are set in win2k3.

The problem had solved.
There are no comnunity default value (public) in win2k3, so it can't work.
