my system is windows2003 server,
when I run the following from the comand prompt :
c:\net-snmp\bin>snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 127.0.0.1 ifDescr

I get the result as follows:
Cannot find module <NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB>:At line 1 in <none>
Cannot find module <NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB>:At line 1 in <none>
Cannot find module <DISMAN-EVENT-MIB>:At line 1 in <none>
Timeout:No Response from 127.0.0.1


how can I do it?

The first three errors are related to damaged MIB files, don't bother with this too much. And the last one may show, that snmp requests are not answered by your target (localhost). DId you get it up and running? Please walk for "system" instead of "ifDesrc" to get an idea
