How do I patch the cacti in windows platform

I haved taken the official cacti patches in windows platform using the crywin tool.

But received some error shown as below? WHY?????

Administrator@freemanlong-vpc ~/cactid
$ ls
cactid.conf cactid.exe mysql_max_packet_size.patch

Administrator@freemanlong-vpc ~/cactid
$ patch -p1 -N < mysql_max_packet_size.patch
can't find file to patch at input line 4
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?

For cactid, its best if you just get the latest svn and compile that.

i try that at first.

i just think of you, i know that you are the king of instal on windows platform.
i want to install the plugins on cacti, thold, monitor and more.
and i need to install the arch first but with no luck becuse i dont know how to install patch on windows, you have a document about it?

second, i try to install the Architecture like in the folowing link http://cactiusers.org/wiki/PluginArchitectureInstall , i replace the files and my cacti didnt work properly, you have any ide?

My only guess is you're not following the instructions properly... if you have any problems with it, I suggest you post in the cactiusers.org forum or the Add-ons forum here.
