Using Cacti graphs from own applications

Hi Cacti board,
we set up Cacti and it is working fine so far. Now I want to link to the graph.php page from an external application. I use the URL http://192.168.5.90/cacti/graph.php?loc ... rra_id=all for this. Now my question:
How is the local_graph_id (in my case "831") related to the device or the graphs template? What is the easiest way in the Cacti database to get this ID ?
I tried to figure it out in the database but it seems a little complex.
