/graph_image.php returns 0 for all graphs
Hi board,
i had several graphs working, but suddenly /graph_image.php?graphid=66&rraid=1[...] returns 0 for every image. When I use the HTML Export Path the images are created perfectly, only the just-in-time-creaton doesn't work.
I'm running cacti on linux using PHP/4.0.6.
Does anybody know how to resolve this issue ?
Thanks, JFK

Go inside graph data items list. Click on "Turn graph output preview". What message do you see after that? Also you can turn on logging of rrdtool graph commands in cacti settings. Then check log/rrd.log file for error messages. Last thing you can check is apache's error_log file for related error messages.

Hello,
I am having this same problem.
All my graphs where there last night.
Today, when I log in to check stats, all the graphs are missing (red x instead of graphic).
If I type the graph source URL on the browser, all I get is a 0.
And nothing has been changed. I loged out yesterday and it was working fine.
Today I log in and the graphs are missing.
Ideas ?
Thank you,

OK,
I rebooted the server and it now displays all the graphics again.
But data is missing from around 5:20AM to the time the server rebooted (just now, 5:33PM).
The cmd.php has been running, and I ran it manually multiple times without any errors reported during the day while troubleshooting.
So,
Band-Aid Fix = Reboot
Real fix = Unknown
Cause= Unknown
I will try other things if it happens again to see if I can spot the cause.
