Hi everybody.
Does anybody know, what actions I need to do if I want to draw two OIDs on single graph? Is it a standard CACTI feature?

Yes, almost all graphs have more than one OID graphed.

Do you know a simple way (like draw single OID graph) to draw two different OIDs simultaneously, or I need to define new data query?

You can make script that returns 2 results on one data query or you can make 2 data templates and then use both on the same graph template.

See e.g. second to last link of my signature for a walkthrough for a Data Input Method (unfortunately, this example show only one output parm. But two work very much the same way ...)
