Please have a look at the web servers error_log. Do you find more in there?

I have seen the the web server's error_log, there's nothing infomation about the directory of the cacti ,
my device's status is up ,and the snmp message is avaliable .but in the debug mode show that :
+ Running data query [3].
+ Found type = '3' [snmp query].
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/forum/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/kbridge.xml'
+ XML file parsed ok.
+ Executing SNMP walk for list of indexes @ '.1.3.6.1.4.1.762.2.5.2.1.1'
+ No SNMP data returned
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/forum/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/kbridge.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/forum/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/kbridge.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/forum/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/kbridge.xml'

and the RRDtool still show that :GRAPH ACCESS DENIED

THANK YOU!

If .1.3.6.1.4.1.762.2.5.2.1.1 does not return data, cacti will not be able to graph anything. Please snmpwalk against this OID from cli to verify

This means, that you've queried a device for an OID that this device don't know. Please switch Settings->Logging Level to DEBUG for one poller cycle. Then, find again that error above. YOu should notive the OID queried one line below or above. Then, please try to snmpwalk from command line as follows

Code: Select all

snmpwalk -c <your community string> -v 1 <your target> <OID>
where OID is the OID I mentioned above or the failing OID from you log.
Cactis will perform those snmp requests on its own. But if snmp fails from cli, it will even fail from cacti. If this is the case, you should check the snmp setup of your target device or contact the vendor

In your second post (the third in this thread overall), you told us to have problems with the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.762.2.5.2.1.1, but now you've not snmpwalked it. So actually I'm loosing the focus. What problem are we currently after?

This shows, that the rrdtool installation is broken. You will have to re-install rrdtool.
There are more errors, but lets fix this first
