I found the problems about SNMP --- Help me, plz

I just installed the cacti on Window 2000 and try to generate graphs.
But the graphs - that shown and informed me about client's traffics -
shown without the descriptions of X axis and Y axis. While the poller.php are executed, the cactiplus command shown as the following sms:

Cannot find module NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB:At line 1 in <none>
Cannot find module NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB:At line 1 in <none>
Cannot find module DISMAN-EVENT-MIB:At line 1 in <none>

I wonder what does it means? and how to fix this problem?
I need help ASAP
I gonna die if anyone don't help me....

1) read the sticky atop the forum.
2) you didn't specify a valid rrdtool font+path.
3) you're missing those MIB files, it's fine.
