Cited from BSOD2600:
Unable to import is likely because you have uploads off in php.ini or the temp directory php is set to use for uploads does not have the proper rights.

i've got the same problem as chrisdiono. LVM, you posted that uploads may be turned off in php.ino or the temp directory php is set to use for uploads does not have the proper rights.

do you know the steps to take to fix this?

thanks

Please find attached my settings (which are default ones for RHEL4)

Code: Select all

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; File Uploads ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

; Whether to allow HTTP file uploads.
file_uploads = On

; Temporary directory for HTTP uploaded files (will use system default if not
; specified).
;upload_tmp_dir =

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 2M
You may want to change upload_tmp_dir if write access is missing to sth like /tmp or the like
