Hi members,

I have modified graph_thold.php to give sound alert in case a host goes down or a threhsold is breached i have tested ti be working fine. Also i have modified it to refresh at 30 second. Please note that u need to have monitor plugin installed for it to work as it calls few monitor plugin objects so it can be a converged interface for monitor.

Test and yes works fine had to add / copy siren.wav into the plugin/monitor/images folder.

Do you know if it is possible to set focus to the thold tab when triggered. ie if default view is weathermap cycling through the maps, when a thold is breached, could we set focus to the thold tab to show the alerts as a present the audio only plays when focus is on the thold tab.

Thanks

HI good news that it helped you!
The feature you desire may not be possible instead if it you can open one more window in which threshold is focussed and you keep it minimized.

I have been thinking of doing this for a while, but it hasn't been on the top of my plate. I will give your patch a look over when I get the chance, but there will probably have to be some changes to make thold not rely on the monitor plugin, as it is better if they are seperate.

Hi anuraganuj,

I'm interesting with your addon...
I've overwriting the graph_thold.php file with your modified file but I've got somes errors messages.
Is it the good way to add your modified file?

Thanks for your help... :)

Hello!
I tested this.
But it's working half.
There is button "mute", but there is no audible alert (sound not downloading).
Where is my mistake?

The new version of the monitor plugin moved the sound file to a different folder. Since this patch relys on the sound file that monitor has, you will probably have to manually update the path yourself.

This is mine. But it would be no mute button, so we cannot mute it.
