Post by sireone »

It is possible to use one of the rpms from FC4 to install on FC5? Has this been tested?

Hi

as FC5 ships with MySQL 5.0.18, be sure to apply the patches for 0.8.6h (available here : http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/0.8.6h/).

Has anybody got it to wark with FC5?

Post by bossi »

installing cacti-0.8.6h.fc4.i386.rpm tells me that there is no rrdtool installed eventhough it is

installing cacti-cactid-0.8.6g.fc4.i386.rpm tells me that I'm missing
libcrypto.so.5
libmysqlclient.so.14
libnetsnmp.so.5

''

any ideas?

Empty browser

Post by bossi »

when trying to connect to
http://localhost/cacti
I get an empty page.
httpd.conf is correct. I created a index.html file in /usr/local/cacti and I can connect to it by using http://localhost/cacti/index.html

However I can not connect to cacti!

Cacti users php, remove the index.html and figure out why index.php is not being rendered.
