all plugins/addons in CVS/SVN cacti

why all cacti plugins/addons not stored in CVS/SVN ???? only MACTrack is stored

Currently, plugin architecture and plugins themselves are not officially supported. But lately, the plugins author cigamit joined the devs team to integrate this into next cacti version 0.9

Plugin arch is planed to be rewritten in 0.9.0.
