Here is my error..... I know this has to be something simple but I am a Linux/PHP/Mysql idtiot.....

Never mind - I soldved the problem(s)

1,) There were syntax errors in the crontab (DOH!!!)

2,) The config.php was not correct.

3.) cactidb in mysql needed access rights added for cactiuser@MSTechServer

4.) MSTechServer needed to replace localhost in some cases.

5.) Directory permissions needed to be set accordingly. (rra and log to cactiuser as we all know)

Once I sorted out the bugs I implanted, everything was cool. "yum install cacti" for fedora users works - and works well because now I DO NOT have a custom compiled anything so that anything I install using yum will work w/ cacti. Such as ssl which is up and running as well as postfix.
