i need help to cacti local host

i have nstalled rrdtool-1.2.12, net-snmp-5.1.4 and cacti -0.8.6h, when i going to look in http://localhost/cacti/ it doesn´t work and appears this in my localhost, (only directories)

Sounds like you havent configured php properly in apache.

Manually point your browser to http://localhost/cacti/index.php - see what happens?

The reason this is not automatically done is probably because you don't have php support configured properly like BSOD2600 said.

The specific line "DirectoryIndex index.php" should be somewhere in your apache config files.
