Very large Graph Tree

I am planning to monitor a large number of switches with a large number of ports (~6000 total ports). Is there a way I can create Graph Tree using some kind of CLI command so that I have some hope of automating the process. I am getting serious arm strain from all the mouse clicks doing it using the forms.

I do not want to use the host type tree entry as it creates too many graphs on one page. Takes to long to load, is hard to navigate, and kills firefox.

You may do mass move starting from Graph Management, filtering the wanted Graphs, selecting all of them and choosing Move to ... from the actions dropdown.
AFAIK, there's no online feature and no script that generates Graphs. If you want to write one on your own, I may tell you about the MySQL tables you should look at
