RRDTOOL SAYS: GRAPH ACCESS DENIED

Ok I have cacti installed, I am unsure of the exact versios of what I am running but i downloaded the latest RPM of Cacti for Fedora Core 4, I have PHP5 installed unsure what version of MSQL and RRDTool is 1.0.x. whats going on is I can add devices just fine with out error and goto create graphs but when I goto the graph tab there is absolutely nothing there. I found where i could goto Graph Management and Debug the graphs and i get RRDTOOL COMMAND:
GRAPH ACCESS DENIED

RRDTOOL SAYS:
GRAPH ACCESS DENIED

I really dont have time here at work to go searching thru all the threads to find an answer to this so I posted my cacti log file. I hope someone can help me

No, the only errors im getting are the ones i explained the the ones in my attached log file. I guess I should say that I do not have Selinux installed, nor do i have a firewall enabled.

Guess I will give a Run down of all I have done

I installed a custom install of Fedora Core 4 with just X-windows, Gnome, Graphical and Commandline internet browsing, the development tools, Web server, Mysql, Server Admin tools

I Downloaded the FC4 RPM file and it told me to download net-snmp, rrdtool, perl-mysql, perl-snmp and I did that thru YUM and also installed net-snmp-utils

I then re-ran the install from the RPM and followed the directions from 2-5 in the documentation.

Went thru the interface and set everything up going by its defaults and logged in as admin and changed the admin password all ok thus far.

As a test I installed everything on a newer system and before adding any devices i thought i would check out the info on localhost. It had the standard stuff added in for localhost. I go into Graph Management and then click one of the three graphs and turn on debug mode and thats when I get the RRDTool Command and RRDTool Says error messages.

I Work for a Colocation facility and we are trying to implement this for 95th percentile to start billing customers for bustable bandwidth. With everything else I have going on I havent and dont realy have the time to search the forums too much more for the answer to this problem.

The pconnect errors indicate some config problem. MySQL can't be accessed. Is the userid correct (cact instead of cacti or the like)?

user name is correct in the config.php file as well as the sql database name.

I dunno if this is normal but this is what comes up when I run php cmd.php from /var/www/html/cacti

Ok, I happened to find in a post where someone was told to log into cacti's web UI with admin and see if the graphs show up. Well I did that and It works perfectly, Why is this?

Ok im sorry for all the posts with what could possibly be stupid errors that arent going to cause problems but i finally got it all figured out, it was all UI user permission problems that i got squared away.

I had gone through the user permissions as well, still nothing. It seems like the problme for me might be cacti, RRDTool and SuSe.

Now I had cacti working at one time when I had the box on my desk and was using localhost. I remember seeing the graphs, I just diodn't have any traffic to make them interesting.

So then I upgraded cacti (reinstall actually) and moved to virtual host.

I came across a file that of course now I can't find again that only allowed localhost (127.0.0.1) like an htaccess file, I changed it to allow ALL when I found it.
