graph limit

Is there any way to creart line on the graph that showing the max bandwidth that I am giving for each user ?
Is there any way to limit the bandwidth for each user , like if i want to see on the graph just 4M and not more even if it has 8M , is there any way ?

Do not use any autoscale option and set Upper Limit accordingly (Graph Template)
