Help with making a Graph

Post by Niklas »

Hi

I have been able to install everything nessesary to make cacti work.
Now my problem is that i just dont know what type of graph-template etc i should use to be able to graph my networktrafic.

I want a simple in/out bit graph.

I have contact with the device but when i make a graph for in/out bit my graph do not show anything.
However when i use the template for Load balance, then i get graph.
But that is not what i want.

Also, when i select Generic UID template, it wants me to type in UID number.
What is it and where do i get that magical number?

Please switch to DEBUG mode for one polling cycle and read the failing OID that shows up in the log. snmpwalk manually against that OID and post the outcome
