SNMP limitation?

When I query the description field on my wireless devices, it gets clipped at 15 characters.

Does anyone know if this a limitation of SNMPv1? I tried using v2, but my devices will only support v1.

Now I will answer my own question.

Cacti does this by default to better control graph title formatting. You can change this limit, by going to Cacti Settings on the Cacti menu, selecting the Visual tab, and changing the value for Data Queries - Maximum Field Length."
