>> count traffic graphs

Post by freestyle »

hi all and before i start happy new year to everyone!

i set up cacti on debian and everything looks like would work as expected. great scripts!

i tried to figure out how to make traffic graphs which display me the amount of traffic, so that i can see on the end of month if my stats (based on snmp data) are corresponding with the stats from my provider.

is there someone which maigth help me on this topic?

thank you very much and hope to read from you

See this thread:

There are two methods here, one that involves modifying Cacti, the other involves using RRD Total Traffic Generator v0.3. This can give you cumulative bandwidth totals. If you need 95th percentile usage, which is a common standard, the functionality in RRDTool doesn't exist... yet.
