Problem with poller.php - error with character

Post by Kodl »

Hi, I'm beginner with cacti and I dont speak English well :)
I've problem, when I run poller.php from command line, I obtain an error message:
File 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
Character set '#26' is not a compiled character set and is not specified in the 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\Index' file

How I can eliminate this error? (beeping of PC speaker is horrible)

I'm using:
Windows XP Professional
MySQL 4.1.15
Apache 2.0.54
PHP 4.4.1
Cacti 0.8.6f
RRDTool 1.2.9 (Cygwin)

Sounds like a problem specifically with MySQL and the character set your OS is using. I suggest you google or post on the MySQL support forum regarding this issue.
