That is a mysql problem.

Do you have a backup? Have you run a check/repair in mysql on the cacti database?

The backup is on tape...

Where might I find the check/repair utility?

Thanks!

umm, maybe you don't have c:\mysql\bin in your system path so it couldn't find mysqlcheck?

ah, ok. So there is something cacti is trying to use and it can't find. Make sure the paths to applications in cacti's settings are correct.

Turn the polling level in cacti to debug (Settings | Polling level) for one cycle and paste the output of the actual log file (./cacti/log/cacti.log). If it contains WEBLOG entries, then don't bother posting since they just clutter up the log. Turn off WEBEVENTS logging and try again.

I am trying to grab the data from the log file but the darn thing fills up so fast. I wish I could filter to only get errors... why do you have to have all the normal data as well? bah I say! ;)

I cannot find any problem with paths or any errors to link to the post above...

Once the log is managable enough to post it here I will upload it.

Thanks.

The default path would likely be: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\log\cacti.log

Looks like all your perl scripts are failing. Do you have c:\perl\bin (or whereever you installed it) in your system path?
