Problem with Graph Template

Problem with Graph Template

Hello sorry for my english but i'm a french boy.

I try to modify the graph template named "ucd/net - Available Disk Space" adding a new Item called "[hdd_perc]". This Item is in link with a Data Source called "hdd_perc" which is an Average and must print the percentage of disk free.
But when i go to the "graph management option" and when i select a Host by cliking for exemple "Host - Disk Space - /" , the Graph Debug Mode return me this issue :

ERROR: can't parse '#3D168B:Perc'

So i don't know what to do.

Looks like there is no associated DS...

Edit the graph item again and make sure you correctly attach a data source item to it.

Thank you for your answer but i obtain this message :

ERROR: opening '/produits/pilote/html/cacti/rra/host_hdd_free_533.rrd': No such file or directory

I don't understand why there is writted "hdd_free_533.rrd" because my ds is named hdd_perc.

How i can make the rrd file linked with my ds hdd_perc ?
