Monitoring Apache of another host

I am trying to use the web hits script to monitor apache installed as an intranet server on 10.0.0.52.

I think it could be done by chaging the path option "Log Path" of the Data Input function to something like 10.0.0.52/var/ log/httpd/access_log.
I am a Linux newbie and actually I don't know how to do that.

Does anyone have any ideas?
