I have been reading problems similar to this on these forums all day, but nothing exactly like this.
If I add a device it shows fine. I then add a graph to one of the interfaces and I get the message "Created graph: Smart-Traveler Switch 1 - Traffic - Fa0/24". The poller will get information from it fine also. It even exports the graphs correctly when I set it to export it to a folder. When I click on graphs, it is like I do not have any graphs. It doesn't even show red Xs or anything on the list. I replaced the IP with 0.0.0.0, but there is a real IP and it is getting data from it.

Anybody have any ideas of what I could be doing wrong? I have setup Cacti hundreds of times and never with a problem until today.

I did this with no errors. The first time I did see an error "illegal attempt to update using time....." but that was because of the time. I changed it and it was fine.su to your cactiuser and run those two commands from command line. Watch out for errors
Keep in mind, if I choose to export these graphs they show up fine in the export directory. Just nothing in the web, not even a blank image. It actually says that there are no graphs to display. When I go to Graph Management, it says "No Grpahs Found".
