importing old rrd to a new cacti installation

first of all , i want to thank rax for thin great piece of work!
i am using it in a large network and i am monitoring over 100 devices
but the performance is a little weak so i got a new box (yippie!!!)
so imy problem is: i have rrds with data for over 200days now and i want to
get it in the new installation...
how can i manage this?
