Bandwidth utilization in percent

Dear all, since a few month I try to find out how can I do a bandwidth utilization graph for cisco router and switche. I would like to see the usage of the link in percent. I search in the most posts here on this page, but it seems, that nobody got this working. Perhaps there is someone out there who could help.
