SNMP MIB location software?
Hi,
Is there any software that can tell me the MIB of a setting on a device? Here is what I need it for...we just got a new Ricoh Africio 3245c multifunction printer/copier/scanner. Its color. I want to monitor the toner levels. I did an snmpwalk and have all kinds of stuff, but cant find anywhere on their website a definintion of what MIB is for what setting.
Liek in HP there is a MIB for toner full , usually equals 1000 and one for current toner. How can I find the same for this printer?
Thanks in advance.

I guess what I am asking, as a newb, is where can i find what OID's are for the toner levels on a Ricoh Africio 3245c: snmpwalk gives the following which is what i think is what i want, but what is what?

ask your manufacturer or check their tech docs. the numeric values by themselves don't mean anything, the manufacturer has to define (and release) what the values mean. they are under no real obligation to tell you either, as they may have their own management software that uses snmp.

Ricoh Toner OID's
Has anyone figured out the toner oids for these Ricoh Multifunctionals? My employer just got 4 of them and I would like to use cacti to monitor them.
