Something isn't valid in the graph template you're using/created. Please post more details.

What versions of everything are you using?

Did you create the graph template which is having problems?
Do you know which graph is creating the problems?

I suggest you update rrdtool to 1.2.11 and install the patches for Cacti.

>Did you create the graph template which is having problems?
I use the already exist SNMP - Generic OID Template.

>Do you know which graph is creating the problems?
Yes, i now. I have created this graph as is written here: The Cacti Manual, Graph a Single SNMP OID.

I have update rrdtools to 1.2.11, but it has not helped.

How i can install the patch for Cacti in Windows ???
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Execute the following commands to install all of these patches against Cacti version 0.8.6g. Be sure that you are in your Cacti directory when you execute these commands.

wget http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ ... rror.patch
wget http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ ... zoom.patch
wget http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ ... auth.patch
wget http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ ... ding.patch
patch -p1 -N < short_open_tag_parse_error.patch
patch -p1 -N < graph_properties_zoom.patch
patch -p1 -N < script_server_snmp_auth.patch
patch -p1 -N < mib_file_loading.patch
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
but, Windows does not understand these commands, where them to enter?
in cmd ??

The instructions on how to patch are in the guide in my signature.

If the graph you created is the problem, then you obviously have done something wrong. Do you know, Cacti comes with a generic OID template? Have you tried using that?

Post a screenshot of the graph template you created.
