my graphs suddenly stopped displaying, what gives?

btw what i mean by graphs not displaying is they look like the attached pic. they used to display graphs i don't know what changed. please help. thanks.

1) Probably a permission issue for the graphs... check cmd.exe and rrdtool.exe
2) does a verbose snmp query on devices still work?
3) look in your cacti log file for errors
