Error when I click on the Graphs tab

I have used BSOD2600's install guide for Windows, but am having problems. When I log in to cacti, and click on the Graphs tab I get the following message.

Warning: Unknown(C:\apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\graph_view.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

Warning: (null)(): Failed opening 'C:\apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\graph_view.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in Unknown on line 0

The poller seems to be working. The cacti.log file is being updated as well are the rrd files.

My set up is as follows:
Windows 2003 SP1
Apache 2.0.55
mysql 4.1.15
php 4.4.1
rrdtool 1.2.11 (with cygwin)
cacti 0.8.6g (including the patches)

I have a local user account called cacti that I am using to run the scheduled task. This account has read and execute permissions at the cacti folder, modify permissions at cacti/log and cacti/rra, and read and execute permissions on cmd.exe in the windows\system32 directory.

I set the logging to debug and this is what the log shows.

Probably a permission problem. Make sure the web user account for Apache, has read rights to your /cacti/ directory and sub-directories.

Are your rrd files getting updated? If no, then make sure the /cacti/log and /cacti/rra folders have 'modify' rights on them for your web user and user which runs the scheduled task.

Both will also need read rights to the php files/directory.

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured it was a permissions thing, but couldn't see what was going on. I guess when I applied the patches a couple of the files didn't have inheritance turned on so the rights weren't correct. I hadn't looked at the rights prior to the patches, so I assumed they would be ok.
