This is normally corrected by a patch on top of cacti 8.6g

I go to Command:

C:\Apache2\htdocs\cacti>wget http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/0.8.6g/short
_open_tag_parse_error.patch
'wget' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

it's not work.
How can i apply patch?

If it is a new installation, tkars the files from :
http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ ... e-patched/
and overrided the original ones in your cacti directory by these ones.

if not, you need to patch as described in the original link using the patch command as follow:
patch -p1 -N < short_open_tag_parse_error.patch
patch -p1 -N < graph_properties_zoom.patch
patch -p1 -N < script_server_snmp_auth.patch
patch -p1 -N < mib_file_loading.patch

note that the first solution is really fast

www.cygwin.com has these tools should you decide to download and install it.
