converting an octet-string OID value.

I manged to get graphing to work with bigIP V9 software.
I found the OID that has the ipaddress of the virtual server.
Here's the snippit:
<vsIPAddress>
<name>VS IP Address</name>
<method>walk</method>
<source>value</source>
<direction>input</direction>
<oid>1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.2.10.1.2.1.3</oid>
</vsIPAddress>

But the value of this OID is returned as an OCTET value instead of a binary value, is there any way to convert the OCTET IPaddress to Binary?
