I am very happy about Cacti. Its a really great tool but I miss a small feature:
Might it be possible to separate the navigation and the header from the graph showing region by frameset or a different Webtechnique?
I'm using Cacti with Devices that have about 200 Graphs each and so it might be a big advantage for usability.

FYI, I hate frames, they are more trouble than they are worth.... But then again, that's my take on it.
