I'm looking to monitor ~700 devices, grouped in to "networks" via Cacti. Has anyone ever extended the "host" table and "device" pages to include extra layers of categorization? This would also open the door to extending the user management to allow for delegation of "admin" privileges on a per-network basis, rather than all or nothing.
I can start hacking away at the code, but I was hoping someone might have tried already...

Features are coming in 0.9.0.... So, no hacking from the developers on the user auth stuff.
As for categorization... Well, no, hack away, is all I can say.
