Here is my setup:
Windows 2000
cacti 8.6g
apache 2.0.55
php 4.4.1
mysql 4.1.15
rrdtool 1.2.11
I have .rdd files in the rra folder and they are getting updated when poller.php is run, but when I look at the graphs in cacti all I see is blank graphs with no information.
This is what I get when I run poller.php manually:

re: No labels in graphs
I've seen at least one version of rrdtool that has embedded within it a miss-spelling of the true type font "arialn.ttf". The font it looks for is "arailn.ttf"; which gets reported in the cacti log.
You can:
1. d/l a newer version of rrdtool (which does not have the miss-spelling)
2. Set the default font in the cacti config to arial.ttf
3. Copy your arialn.ttf to arailn.ttf
Take your pick
