Step by Step - Howto setup the ss_fping.php file

All,
I use cacti 0.8.6g on WindowsXP SP2 with MySQL,PHP5,and RRDTool.
and I would like to configure the ping response time graph in my system.
so,I found the ss_fping.php can help me in my solution.
but i don't know how to setup,install,and configure it.

Could you plese help me to explain the step how to do it complete
