Not sure what the support channel is for iCacti. But thought I would share my initial Good and Bad bits...
Good - having the site hosted on a HTTPS / SSL site (via the Standard 443 port) works fine (I have a proper cert, have tried with Self-Signed).
Bad - Can't get my LDAP accounts to work (even though it's the default when I loadup Cacti) , so I'm having to use my Local account. I'm guessing iCacti doesn't understand the different login realms available in Cacti?
Anyway it's not a big sweat for me personally, but would be nice if it were fixed (possibly in a transparent way where it only works with the default realm rather than just the local realm).
Wonder how many people use the LDAP support in Cacti?
I have been developing an iPhone/iPod Touch application for Cacti. The first pre-release is ready (screenshot attached), hence I'm looking for applicants who could participate in the testing and improving of the client. If you can help, please let me know.
I have a iphone4 and would be interested in testing.

Re: iPhone client
Cacti 2.0 with the tree view implementation has been submitted to the App Store for review. I hope it will be approved soon.
Re: iPhone client
Any plans to integrate plugin viewing? syslog plugin support would be an excellent addition
Thanks
Thanks

Re: iPhone client
Hi!
I can't seem to connect to one of our cacti instances. All I get when trying to connect is "Cacti tree parsing error". Am I missing something? What causes this message?

Re: iPhone client
Would love it if the graphs could also display the legends that you see when view via the webui.

Re:
Out of curiosity, did this get resolved? I've got a few cacti instances up that are near identical (same cacti ver, plugins) except one works fine while the other consistently crashes as soon as it connects. If no one has figured this out, I suppose I can narrow it down by disabling stuff one-by-one.vbali wrote:Can you please contact with me in private to discover and solve your issue?Diggit2001 wrote:Unfortunately there is no change for me. Re: iPhone client
Nope, unfortunately I never was able to get it working. I still have the app installed on my iPhone but I have never been able to use it. To be honest though, I never really spent much time troubleshooting it.
Sorry I can't be more help.

Re: iPhone client
It is very important for using HTTPS / SSL for the site. This could make it working well but not sure with that. My app is working well with it so maybe you need to configure some settings before using it.
Re: iPhone client
I thought about purchasing this but reviews aren't great. Is it still being improved upon?
What would be great is if you could see downed hosts and breached thresholds on one screen. Can you do that?
