Yes, i've got this template running at cacti 0.8.6j
I did not have any problems during the upgrade to 0.8.6j. They still work!
But I had many problems setting it up too (@ 0.8.6i)!
I've modified my templates with many suggestions made in this topic.
I've exported my templates en scripts...
I hope they work for you...
My configuration:
Windows 2003 Server (=Virtual server)
Cacti 0.8.6j
IIS 6.0
PHP 5.1.6 (isapi module @ IIS)
RRDTool 1.2.15 (unzipped from stable build @ zip - 23-08-2006)
NET-SNMP 5.4.0
Cacti Variables:
Operating System: win32
PHP SNMP Support: yes
[Edit:]
Got some images for you...
Just to show how my (graph) template looks...
These graphs are from the Cacti stats server

Seems to be working lovely.
After having a good read through this thread, I have managed to get everything working after a lot of trial and error, except for one issue - I am (I believe) still stuck on the oid_index_parse edit for the data query XML.
The machine I am having the most problem with is a Windows 2000 machine with five disks: the C drive plus four NTFS mount points. This presents six items (C: + 4x NTFS mounts + _total), however only the C: graph is actually working.
The reason I point to the XML edit is that according to the poller cache, the OIDs for all but C: are mangled..
Poller Cache OIDs for PercentDiskReadTime:
C drive: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.2.2.67.58
Mount 1: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.2..1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1.15.72.97.114.100.100.105.115.107.86.111.108.117.109.101.49
Mount 2: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.2..1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1.15.72.97.114.100.100.105.115.107.86.111.108.117.109.101.50
Mount 3: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.2..1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1.15.72.97.114.100.100.105.115.107.86.111.108.117.109.101.51
Mount 4: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.2..1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1.15.72.97.114.100.100.105.115.107.86.111.108.117.109.101.52
_Total : .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.2..1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1.6.95.84.111.116.97.108
Note how the broken items are two OIDs mashed together - appears to be the correct base followed by the full lDiskInstance OID, dots and all.
Obviously the poller doesn't like it - for each attempt I get a line in the log similar to:
03/10/2007 02:15:14 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[11] DS[211] WARNING: Result from SNMP not valid. Partial Result:
I have tried:
- Changing the oid_index_parse line in snmp_informant_disk.xml as posted by rfoust
- Rebuilding the poller cache
I don't speak regexp all too well I'm afraid so I won't be surprised if I just need to move a dot, or make some tiny change to resolve the issue but I will be grateful for the help in any case!
Feel free to ask if I've left anything useful out!
ed: helps if I include info on my Cacti install ...

Problem solved - refreshed the SNMP Informant query on the host after performing an IIS reset (a couple of child CMD processes to inetinfo.exe had become stuck which stopped me from this query working properly, go figure) and the refresh fixed the OIDs.
I'm guessing the original "bad" OIDs were pulled before rfoust's XML fix was made, and it broke between there and me trying the next refresh.
Lesson: When you get down to one final fiddly problem, don't forum post at 3am - go to bed and take a look in the morning first
