OK.. finally..... yessssss. |,,|

I reinstalled all the latest and greatest...as I spec'd earlier in this thread.

However.... for M$ guys... INSTALL the MYSQL Administrator.... you ca watch what happens as you perform the mysql command functions... weeee bit o' fun it is...


To get to the point....

BSOD2600.... in your setup guide.... where you mod. setting in php.ini....

I found that I had copied and pasted what you had:

extension_dir = c:\php\ext....

and what is already in there (the path is in "")

so I changed this to:

extension_dir = "c:\php\ext"

and then it worked... at least.... that was the last thing I remember...it was 3AM on a worknight......

Wow, all those problems because of missing quotes? Thanks for the catch. Guide updated.
