I am having the problem also, but only *some* of my disk graphs have died. Others work. When I applied the fixes described in this thread, the graphs brokenness inverted. So I still have some graphs working and others not.

This all happened after updating from 0.8.6f to 0.8.6g. I have tried reinstalling the 0.8.6f release over top of the g release, but it didn't work.

I have many lines in cacti.log like:

please apply all the files at the following location to your web site and then clear your poller cache.

Patch Latency 0.8.6g templete

Post by hatiras »

Speaking of patches, i`m read tath version 0.8.6g not have problems with the latency, I cannot measure the latency of my router cisco graph but it does not show anything, I use unix - ping latency graph templete.

Try to import the script .xml of forum to tping but this is to 0.8.6f version , but it generates this mistake:

Warning: filesize(): Stat failed for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php2.tmp errno=2 - No such file or directory) in :\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php on line 59

Warning: fread(): Length parameter must be greater than 0. in :\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php on line 59

Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in :\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\import.php on line 36

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php:59) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php on line 67

And already it was corrected in this version.

i have iis 6.0, php 4.4, cacti 8g, cactid 8e, rrdtool 1.2.9, mysql4.0.20, net-snmp, with all pre patchs and works fine this is my log:

So did the patches that are now posted on the main site take care of having to do what was posted on here? I am wondering because I am also having trouble with the CPU's not displaying on my windows hosts.

Thanks

resources\script_server\host_disk.xml
resources\script_server\host_cpu.xml
scripts\ss_host_disk.php
scripts\ss_host_cpu.php
Is this still broken in the current 0.8.6g kit?

Running with 0.8.6g here and CPU utilization seems to work fine, but disk utilization doesn't work at all... is this why?

If you take the released Cacti 0.8.6g resources and scripts directories and then apply the patched files from the web site, you should be Ok. You will have to rebuild your poller cache though.
