Nothing ;(

I don't know what to do anymore.

Just now everything worked fine - Applied 4 Rules. But then I deleted ALL Graphs and tried to reapply the Autom8 rules - Again the White Screen. (Seems like a Blue Screen to me :D )
In another try autom8 didn't worked from the beginning (fresh database).

Autom8 is just unpredictable. Sometimes also the above scencario works with a frest database. Sometimes it doesn't. But when I get the White-Screen-Error once - I have no change to remove it - Only the drop my database and make alle the configuration aigain.

Edit: Okay THIS seems to be an issue! If I apply the autom8 rules and the graphs a created - and then delete some graphs - atuom8 won't be working anymore. Must be a Bug.
There must be some residue in the mysql datbase from the graphs...

GOTCHA!

Sometimes the Graphs are not deleted properly. If this happens autom8 does not create any graphs anymore!

To solve the issue, I connected to the mysql database and emptied the following table (after deleting all graphes from the webinterface)

Code: Select all

truncate host_graph;
This seems to occur also/maybe in combination with deleting all hosts or importing them by cli-script.

:D 8) :D

Additionaly I found another issue: If autom8 has to create a lot of graphs, it runs into an timeout, the graph creation is stopped and a "this page cannot be found" error is shown.

Please open explicit bug reports for all those issues (cacti plugin section). Else, I will loose track. And your findings are worth to be tackled, for sure

I'm having the same problems running version 33, graph creation timing out and not creating certain graphs.

What was the full command that was used to clear the truncate host_graph; table? I'm not a database expert.
