so .. since I am rebuiding my system from scratch.. i remembered i used to use this query
My cacti is on Win 10. I am trying to pull perfmon stats from an exchange 2007 server (soon to go to 2013).
my CLOG is showing me
2020/04/05 12:10:08 - SPINE: Poller[Main Poller] PID[1529] Device[PSBEN-HUB] DS[PSBEN-HUB - Performance Monitor Query] Graphs[Exchnage01- Performance Monitor Query] ERROR: Empty result [172.16.3.233]: 'C:/inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/scripts/perfmon_query.cmd "172.16.3.233" "\"MSExchange Store Interface(_Total)\RPC Requests sent/sec\""'
when i run that via the cli,
typeperf "\\172.16.3.233\MSExchange Store Interface(_Total)\RPC Requests sent/sec"
i get a bunch of responses like
"04/05/2020 11:49:32.494","0.000000"
"04/05/2020 11:49:33.501","0.000000"
"04/05/2020 11:49:34.506","0.995356"
The command completed successfully.
The Exchange 2007 templates on this site were written for a CACTI system on Linux. mine's windows, so the obviously wont work. I figured perfmon would be ideal.
not sure why its not working.. my cacti is 1.2.9. this is literally the only error in my CLOG at the moment

Re: Performance Monitor Query [v1.1 - 2011-12-16]
I would suspect it's the extra escaped quotes.
