obzerver: Next time, post the filemon log file... Anyways, did you see that rrdtool was getting denied for that user account? Re-read my installation guide and apply the proper NTFS security to the various file/folders.

As for the 'no availability' on that device, change it SNMP.

BSOD, thanks for the reply.
I did follow your documentation and debug.

here is filemon

as you can see from previous screenshots, i gave rrdtool.exe and the folder full privileges... for everyone including IIS_WPG and other username.

You still have not applied the correct NTFS security. Now the log file shows cmd.exe has not been granted read/execute rights to IUSR_SMBTEST1.

Once again, re-read my entire guide and pay close attention to the NTFS security!

i thinking of re-writing the installation guide of BSOD to make it more easier for dummies.

yes, I will edit the parts which need more clarifications for the rookie/new user who doesn't know much about the Networking.....

IMO, your issues had nothing to do with "Networking".
